“Parma” signed a contract with American center Joel James, according to the Permian basketball club’s website.
The deal with the 28-year-old is for one year.
– James is a powerful center who came through school in North Carolina. Very effective in defense under the basket and manifests itself clearly in the key, dominating the rebounds. Joel is a team player who will give us even more power under the basket,” said Parma head coach Evgeny Pashutin.
James played in the Turkish Basketball Premier League last season. The center averaged 9.8 points, 10 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game.
