T-shirt of the Frenchman’s first pick in the 2023 NBA draft Victor Vembanyama from his NBA debut was sold at Sotheby’s for $762,000.

The 19-year-old’s San Antonio Spurs jersey from the game against the Dallas Mavericks was expected to sell for between $80,000 and $120,000. In this game, the center scored 15 points, had five rebounds and gave two assists.

Earlier in November, a Vembanyama trading card sold for $110,000 and a jersey he wore during Summer League sold for $62,000.

San Antonio sits in 14th place in the Western Conference standings, having won three of its 14 regular season games. Vembanyama is averaging 18.6 points per game, along with 9.1 rebounds and 2.6 blocked shots.
