The draw for the final qualifying stage for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games took place at the headquarters of the International Basketball Federation (FIBA).
Each qualifying mini-tournament consists of six teams, divided into two groups. Within these subgroups, everyone plays with everyone, the winners of Group A and Group B will compete for a ticket to the Olympic Games. There will be four groups and four ticket holders for the Paris Games. These teams will join the 7 previously qualified, as well as France as host of the Olympics.
Selection in Spain
Group A: Lebanon, Angola, Spain.
Group B: Finland, Poland, Bahamas.
Selection in Latvia
Group A: Georgia, Philippines, Latvia.
Group B: Brazil, Cameroon, Montenegro.
Selection in Greece
Group A: Slovenia, New Zealand, Croatia.
Group B: Egypt, Greece, Dominican Republic.
Selection in Puerto Rico
Group A: Mexico, Ivory Coast, Lithuania.
Group B: Italy, Puerto Rico, Bahrain.
The qualifying tournament matches will take place from July 2 to 7, 2024.
The Paris Summer Olympics will take place from July 26 to August 11, 2024.
