Odessa residents won only their third victory in the current championship
BC Zaporozhye yielded dramatically BEEP in the Dnieper bubble match of the regular season FAVBET Super Leagues – 70:80.
The first quarter passed with a slight advantage of the Cossacks, who managed to finish it with a two-point advantage. BIPA improved in the second segment and went into the long break with a minimal lead (+2).
The third quarter was better for Zaporozhye; at certain moments, the lead of Valery Plekhanov’s team reached +10. But BIPA managed to reduce the gap, and towards the middle of the final quarter, they finally turned the tide of the game in their favor.
Thus, BIPA won only the third victory in 11 fights. This success did not help the Odessa team rise from the penultimate, tenth place. Zaporozhye worsened its winning percentage to 45.5% and remained seventh.
Tomorrow, December 5, BIPA will meet with the main outsider of the season Krivbass, and Zaporozhye will face off against the second-placed Budivelnik.
