Saratov”Avtodor ” signed a contract with American striker Brandon Garrett, reports the press service of the basketball club.
Details of the deal with the 33-year-old have not been made clear.
“We are happy to have Brandon return to our team.” Many people know him and surely remember him. He’s a good guy, a true professional and a great basketball player. We have team chemistry that Brandon will fit in and help us with. Its very important for us. Garrett knows the club, the venue, he has experience playing in the VTB United League. He will definitely help us,” said Avtodor head coach Milenko Bogicevic.
Last season, Garrett played for the Saratov team, and this summer he joined the Israeli championship team. The American played 28 games in the United League, averaging 11.2 points per game, 5.5 rebounds, 1.1 steals.
After 14 regular season matches, Avtodor is in 12th place.
