BC Rivne snatched victory over Stary Lutsk in the first match of the Cherkasy bubble of the FAVBET Super League

In the opening match of the Cherkassy bubble Superleague FAVBET Old Lutsk And BC Rivne produced a super-tense thriller, in which triumph was on the side of the Rivne team – 63:65.

In the first quarter there was an equal fight, which ended with a minimal advantage (+2) in favor of BC Rivne. In the next segment, Mizail Pereverzia’s team improved and went into the big break with a +8 advantage.

The game continued in the same vein, with the winning team keeping their opponents at a distance of 8-10 points. But in the last quarter, Lutsk made a breakthrough, and a couple of minutes before the end, Dmitry Tchaikovsky’s team was ahead – 59:58.

However, the ending was left to the Rivne team. Alexey Soloviev scored more than a third of the winner’s points (22). In addition, Elijah Joyner has a double-double.

65:63 — a victory pulled out by the teeth allowed BC Rivne to gain a foothold in 6th place in the Super League. Old Lutsk, having lost the eighth match out of 11 (and the third in a row), occupies tenth place in the table – behind only the hopeless outsider Krivbass.

Tomorrow, December 8, Rivne will compete with Kyiv-Basket, and Lutsk’s opponent will be Polytechnic-Galicia.
