Sunday National League: Olympic wins again

In Formosa, the men led by Leo Gutierrez added a new victory to the National League season

The La Banda team won again on Sunday night in the National League. Olimpico dominated from start to finish and defeated La Unión de Formosa as visitors, with a resounding 96 to 78. With this result, Quimsa, who leads the table, is not missing El Negro. Leo Gutiérrez’s men are second, with a 10-1 record. The northerners, for their part, are in 17th place, with a 3-9 record.

The dominance of the visiting team is constant. Right from the start of the game they created significant differences, which were maintained for 40 minutes, despite some short-lived reactions from the home team. The defense worried the Formosas, who added many losses (14; against only 3) where the majority ended with quick responses in other sectors of the field. Olimpico shared his goals and minutes on the field, constantly troubling his rival. The concern of the night was the injury to Devon Collier, who was on the court for just 10 minutes and retired with signs of soreness in his knee.
