Giannis Antetokounmpo scores 64 points and fights for the ball with Pacers

This past Wednesday, the 13th, the Milwaukee Bucks won the Indiana Pacers by 140 to 126, but the match was marked by unusual confusion. During an interview after the game, Rick Carlislecoach of the Indianapolis franchise, confirmed that the team had given the ball to celebrate the milestone Oscar Tshiebwea freshman who scored his first career point. “What happened after the game was unfortunate. There was a misunderstanding about the game ball. It was Oscar Tshiebwe’s first point in the NBA, so we always got the game ball. We weren’t thinking about Giannis’ record, so we took the ball.”said the commander.

Carlisle also said that the Pacers GM, Chad Buchananeven took an elbow during the fight in the tunnels. “I don’t think there were any punches, but my general manager took an elbow to the ribs of one of their players. Of course, he has a bruise on his rib and, who knows, more than that.”he completed. “An unfortunate situation. We don’t need the official game ball. There are two balls there. We could have the other one. There was no need to climb like that”concluded the coach.

For those who didn’t understand why Antetokounmpo acted so aggressively for the match ball, there is an explanation. Since his father passed away in 2017, the Greek has made a point of writing messages addressed to his father on the balls of matches in which he breaks his personal records. Finally, Giannis had his ball and so did the Pacers rookie.
