Vadim Mikhalevsky, agent of the St. Petersburg Zenit basketball player Sergei Karasev said the player was released from the hospital and could begin individual training soon.
Karasev was injured on December 10 in the fourth quarter of the VTB United League regular season match against CSKA, falling on his back after a collision with Samson Ruzhentsev. The basketball player was only able to leave the court on a stretcher, accompanied by a medical team. It was later learned that Karasev escaped serious injury.
