Memphis beat New Orleans in NBA in first game after Morant’s return

The Memphis Grizzlies beat the New Orleans Pelicans on someone else’s home court in an NBA regular season game.

The match ended with a score of 115:113 (25:21, 16:39, 36:27, 38:26) in favor of Memphis. For the Grizzlies, guard Ja Morant scored 34 points in his first game back from a lengthy suspension. He was suspended 25 games on June 16 for displaying weapons on social media.

In another match, Golden State beat Boston in overtime with a score of 132:126 (30:40, 32:25, 24:32, 35:24, 11:5). Stephen Curry scored 33 points for the Warriors and Klay Thompson scored 24 more points.
