The chief sanitary doctor of St. Petersburg, Natalia Bashketova, signed a decree introducing a mask regime at mass sports and cultural events in the city.
“Leaders of all organizations and institutions, regardless of their form of ownership, when organizing and holding massive New Year, sports and cultural events, must ensure: the use of protective equipment individual respiratory (masks) by employees of organizations and institutions,” specifies the document on the ministry’s website.
The resolution is valid from December 20 until further notice.
The Zenit football club, the SKA hockey club, and the Zenit basketball and volleyball clubs play in St. Petersburg.
