Spectators will be allowed into the stands for the Lutsk bubble fights next weekend
Basketball matches FAVBET Super Leagues are now officially available for spectators. Fans will be able to attend the upcoming matches of the regular season in Lutskwhich will take place from January 12 to 14.
Attending basketball matches by fans in Ukraine became possible thanks to the changes that the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine made to Order No. 1587 “On some issues of holding all-Ukrainian sports events under martial law.”
Spectators may be allowed to attend competitions subject to strict adherence to safety protocols. Each hall must go through the admission procedure to host such matches. The main criterion is the presence of a bomb shelter within a radius of 500 meters from the competition venue. The number of fans will be regulated individually for each room.
Let us remind you that earlier it became known that matches of the men’s and women’s volleyball Super League would be opened for fans to attend.
The topic of limited access of fans to sporting events in our country has been regularly raised in recent months. Thus, in November, the President of the Basketball Federation of Ukraine (FBU) Mikhail Brodsky addressed an open letter to the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmygal, in which he asked for assistance in returning spectators to the stands. In February, the Ukrainian Hockey Federation made a similar request to the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
The Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, in turn, has developed security measures for the admission of fans to the stands during sporting events.
In December, the Ukrainian Football Association (UAF) held a working meeting on the admission of spectators to the stands during football matches in Ukraine. The participants plan to introduce a social quota of fans who will be able to attend games.
