Luca Vildoza and a millionaire debt claimed by Baskonia

Argentine point guard Luca Vildoza became a trend after the statement released by the Spanish franchise. And the report published by Baskonia demands a million dollar payment from the player. This is due to his departure from the NBA and his subsequent return to Europe.

Luca must pay the sum of one million euros. This is in compensation to the team that Luis Scola and Andrés Nocioni went through. This was ruled by the Spanish justice system in Social Court No. 1 of Vitoria-Gasteiz.

This compensation owed by the player to the Basque country team reached two million euros in the clause. Baskonia can therefore seek payment from the court for the undisclosed portion as well. And possibly, add it to the current outstanding payment.

Although the amount can increase according to what was agreed in the contract, after the appeal of the player and his lawyers it can reduce the amount of the subscription and not specifically one million euros.

This whole legal mess is based on Luca leaving the NBA. The Knicks paid his full termination clause, but his contract agreed to another payment in case the player returned to the old continent. When he returned to Red Star, Baskonia began his claim.

Luca Vildoza is not at his best, he was seriously injured a few days ago and will be out of the field for a few months. And now, the team that brought him to the best league in the world is asking for a million dollar loan, which can be extended.
