The draw for the first stage took place Ukrainian Basketball Cup 2023/24 season.
Matches at this stage will take place in Dnieper, Slobozhansky, Kyiv And Ivano-Frankivsk. 16 teams, divided into four bubbles, will play in the 1/8 and 1/4 finals. The ten Super League teams will be joined by the six best representatives of the Major League based on the results of two rounds of the regular season. There are four known teams of the second division that have qualified for the Ukrainian Cup, two more will be determined later.

The first stage of the Ukrainian Cup will take place from February 14 to 17. The four winners of each bubble become participants in the Final Four of the Ukrainian Cup. The semi-final pairs will be determined by drawing lots.
The final four of the Ukrainian Cup is scheduled to be held on March 2-3, 2024. The day before there will be a draw to determine the semi-final pairs of the Final Four. The venue for the decisive matches will be determined by the FBU later.
