Thank you very much to them for helping me recover. The coach understands that these are my first matches after recovery and, quite naturally, he limits my time on the pitch and gives me rest when necessary. Now we have a good bench. All the guys who come on or are on the bench understand their job perfectly. Let’s say you did your best for 3-4 minutes – ask for a replacement. We maintain a good pace of play.
— Nizhniy occupies 13th place in the ranking. Are there any chances of competing to advance to the playoffs in the second stage of the championship and via play-ins?
“We will fight every game and see how it goes.” Of course it hasn’t been easy when 10 or 11 players have been injured this season. But it’s a sport – without it, unfortunately, you can’t go anywhere. I wish all our players and all athletes in general to have fewer injuries. But now, fortunately, almost everything is in order in our team in this regard. There is, of course, some discomfort in Vanya Strebkov’s muscles. Although I am not a doctor and I do not pretend to say that this is the correct wording, in my opinion there is a spasm. We wish Vanya to recover quickly and rejoin the team. I repeat, we will do our best in every match and, step by step, I hope, we will get closer to our goal. We’re going to make the most of our chances of reaching the playoffs. We move from game to game.
