LeBron James is honest about retirement: “It’s coming…”

NBA star for the Los Angeles Lakers, LeBron James admitted that retirement is getting closer; veteran mentioned farewell tour

LeBron Jamesace NBA, may be closer to his farewell to basketball. At a press conference, the 39-year-old veteran opened up about when he intends to retire. Although he did not define a precise number of seasons that he would have left, the ‘King’ stated that the end is an imminent reality.

“I haven’t planned how many seasons I have left, but I know there aren’t many. I’m torn about doing a farewell tour. There are times when I feel like I owe it to my fans who have been on this journey with me for over two decades, to give them this moment. I’m a Laker and I’ve been very happy being a Laker for the last six years.”LeBron explained.

“I don’t have the answer to how long it will take or what uniform I will wear. I hope it’s with the Lakers, but we’ll see. I don’t know how this will end, but it’s coming. It’s definitely coming”. King James also revealed that he has no major goals other than to enjoy the final stretch of his career with dedication to the sport of the orange ball.

“I’m not pursuing anything else. I just love basketball. I want to try as hard as I can until I can’t do it anymore. Just joy playing the sport I love. I know I have little time left, so I want joy and fun.”, he completed. At the All-Star GameLeBron played for 13 minutes and scored eight points.
