Russian national basketball player Kasatkin: “Negative attitude towards suspension, I would like to gain international experience”

MBA and Russian national team offensive defender Daniil Kasatkin told that he would like to gain international experience in national team matches.

Russian athletes in most sports, including basketball, have been suspended from international competitions due to the situation in Ukraine. Basketball players from the Russian national team have been organizing a training camp in Novogorsk since February 17.

— The attitude is of course negative, I would like to gain international experience. Every time you put on the national team uniform, you feel special emotions. It’s great that the RFB is doing such work; in such a situation, not all federations would invest so much energy in preparing the new generation of the national team to enter the international scene after their admission.
