LeBron James scores 40,000 points for the first time in NBA history

The legendary forward scored 26 points in a match with Denver

Legendary Lakers forward LeBron James became the first basketball player in history NBAwho dialed 40 ooo points.

James achieved another unique achievement in the match with the Denver Nuggets (114:124), in which the forward scored 26 points. He now has 40,017 points, putting him 1,630 points ahead of Kareem Abdul-Jabar on the NBA’s all-time scoring list. For another achievement, LeBron needed 1,475 matches in the Association.

James, 39, is in his 21st season in the NBA. On average this season, the forward is averaging 25.3 points, 7.0 rebounds and 7.9 assists.

The Lakers are in tenth place in the NBA’s Western Conference. LeBron’s team will next host Oklahoma City on March 5th.
