Saint PETERSBOURG “Zenith” beat Yekaterinburg “Uralmash” and reached the final of the Russian Basketball Cup.
The match in Yekaterinburg ended with a score of 78:58 (27:7, 13:26, 27:14, 11:11). The most productive player of the match was Zenit offensive defender Sergei Karasev, who scored 18 points.
Earlier, Paris Nizhny Novgorod reached the final of the tournament by defeating Moscow MBA with a score of 78:71 (19:17, 12:10, 23:14, 24:30). Uralmash and MBA will play for the bronze medals.
The final and third place match will take place on March 17. Paris Nizhni Novgorod is the current holder of the trophy.
