New York Knicks player, Josh Hart tried to recruit NBA champion to join the New York franchise’s squad, but without success; understand
In February, the champion of NBA for the Toronto Raptors, Kyle Lowry, his future within the league was not defined. The shipowner was involved in the exchange of Miami Heat as Charlotte Hornets and ended up being dismissed by North Caroline days after the trade, but signed as a free agent with the Philadelphia 76ers. However, first of all, he was invited by Josh Hart to join the New York Knicks.
“Yes, text him. I told him, ‘come here, get involved with us.’ But obviously that didn’t happen. So screw him.”, revealed the Knicks player. Hart and Lowry became close friends during an offseason practice game. The winger, at the time, was still a player at the University of Villanova. The experienced point guard was already an established veteran of the league. Since then, the two have shared moments and the New York athlete often asks his friend for advice.

“He’s there no matter what. There are times when I talk to him about parenting nannies. And as a friend, I love seeing the success and longevity he’s had in the league. But as an opponent, I hate playing as someone like that. He is a shrewd player, capable of making winning plays in the midst of chaos.”, commented the winger. Even with the friendship, Hart was unable to take Lowry to the Knicks. The point guard preferred to join his hometown team. So far, he is a starter for the Sixers, but far from maintaining the numbers from his winning season with the Raptors.
