The Toronto franchise’s power forward is under investigation by the NBA due to suspicious activities and alleged participation in a betting scheme
The NBA has begun investigations into the possible involvement of the NBA player. Toronto Raptors, Jontay Porter, in a betting scheme. According to “ESPN”, the league is investigating two matches, considered atypical, by the player.
The coach of the Canadian franchise, Darko Rajakovic, spoke out about the case and tried not to accuse his athlete. “I never doubt my players’ injuries. I just know that no one wants to have this kind of situation on their team. We’ll have to deal with it”, said the coach.
