Forward Zeljko Sakic left the basketball club UNICS according to the team’s website.
Shakic joined the Kazan side in April from Avtodor Saratov, for whom he has played since 2020. As part of UNICS, the 34-year-old Croatian has made 13 appearances in the VTB United League. His average stats are 5.0 points, 2.4 rebounds and 0.7 assists in 13:51 minutes of playing time.
The basketball player will return to Lithuanian Litkabelis, for whom he played in the 2019/20 season. Previously, Sakic defended the colors of the Polish club Zielona Gora, the Romanian Universitati, the Croatian Cibona, the Spanish Manresa.
