Ferro Carril Oeste received the Zárate Basket in Héctor Etchart de Caballito for the National League. The Purslanes were forced to win if they were to maintain their chances of qualifying for the playoffs. The Caballito match started out close with back-and-forth points. Quickly and halfway through the first quarter, Oeste managed to take the lead and gradually, stretched its advantage over Zárate.
