In the second five: Anthony Davis (Lakers), Kevin Durant (Phoenix), Kawhi Leonard (Clippers), Jalen Brunson (Knicks), Anthony Edwards (Minnesota).
The third five included: Stephen Curry (Golden State), LeBron James (Lakers), Tyrese Haliburton (Indiana), Devin Booker (Phoenix) and Domantas Sabonis (Sacramento).
