Swingman played nine games for Kiev last season
Budivelnik announced the signing of a contract with the American defender Archie Goodwin.
Swingman became the first legionary, which was signed by the people of Kiev before the new season. Budivelnyk represented Goodwin in the last Superleague season, with nine matches to his credit. Archie averaged 16.2 points, 6.0 rebounds and 2.1 assists for the team.
Recall that Valeriy Plekhanov, coach of the Ukrainian U-18 national team, became the head coach of Budivelnyk. Also, the people of Kiev announced the signing of a new contract with the forward of the Ukrainian national team Bohdan Bliznyuk.
On September 21, Budivelnik will play the first match of the Champions League qualification against the Swedish Norrköpping.
Earlier, FBU Secretary General Volodymyr Drabikovsky said that the new basketball season in Ukraine could start in October in an unusual format.
