Two other accomplices of the former NBA player, suspended for life for betting on his team’s matches, were arrested in the United States.

Two other defendants have been criminally charged in New York in connection with a gambling scheme that resulted in the National Basketball Association’s lifetime ban on former Toronto Raptors player Jontay Porter, Reuters reports.

According to court documents released Thursday, Mahmoud Mollah and Timothy McCormack conspired with previously charged Long Phi Pham.

Prosecutors said Porter played four minutes in a Jan. 26 game against the Los Angeles Clippers before reporting he suffered an eye injury and three minutes in a March 20 game against the Los Angeles Kings. Sacramento before calling in sick.

Molla reportedly made $1.13 million in profits from betting on the March 20 match, while McCormack made more than $69,000 in bets on the two games.

The Brooklyn U.S. Attorney’s Office said a federal judge set bail at $50,000 for both defendants. Pham’s bail was set Wednesday at $750,000 despite prosecutors’ request that he be held. Prosecutors said Pham was arrested Monday at John F. Kennedy International Airport while trying to board a one-way ticket to Australia.

Previously, an investigation by the NBA commission found that Porter disclosed confidential information to bettors about his participation or non-participation in games, and also personally placed bets on NBA games through the account of a trustworthy person.
