We have actually had negotiations with several foreign clubs who wish to play in the championship. They came, saw what the United League was, we gave them the regulations to read and they realized that they were not yet ready to implement them. The process of joining the league cannot be called simple. We had a bad experience many years ago and we now consider membership applications very carefully.
Many clubs send us applications, and we understand that many want to, but are not yet able to do so. And the league, with the clubs, is finalizing these points. Uralmash and Runa sent applications two years ago. We did not accept them at that time and responded that we had a number of recommendations. We do this to maintain the level.
