Quimsa beat Peñarol at the Islas Malvinas Sports Center in Mar del Plata in the third quarterfinal match. La Fusión put themselves within 2-1 matchpoint of qualifying for the semi-finals and on Saturday they could make it to the next stage. However, since it was played in Poli, the Milrayitas could equalize and end up in the fifth and deciding match. The scorers were Juani Brussino for the winners and Víctor Fernández for the locals.

The match at ‘La Feliz’ is completely and exclusively dominated by the visit. After falling at home, those led by Leandro Ramella did not allow Milrayita’s advantage. The series resumes on Saturday, June 15 with game four. With this confrontation, Quimsa can qualify for the semifinals, but the great revelation of this tournament can still surprise at home and reach the fifth match.
