Paul George signs four-year, $212 million contract with Philadelphia

The 34-year-old forward left the Los Angeles Clippers as an unrestricted free agent.

Star forward Paul George agreed to a maximum four-year contract with Philadelphia worth $212 million.

Paul George has been playing in the NBA since 2010. The forward spent seven seasons with Indiana, two with Oklahoma, and since 2019 he has played for the Los Angeles Clippers.

Earlier, the 34-year-old player left the Los Angeles Clippers as an unrestricted free agent. Last season, George played 74 games for the Clippers in the regular championship, averaging 22.6 points, 5.2 rebounds and 3.5 assists.

During the regular season last season, Philadelphia finished seventh in the Eastern Conference standings. The Sixers beat Miami in the play-in, but were eliminated in the first round in the playoffs following a six-game series with the New York Knicks.
