Basketball player Zakhar Vedishchev left Krasnodar Lokomotiv-Kuban and moved to “Yenisei” reports the press service of the Krasnoyarsk club.
The length of the 23-year-old defender’s contract has not been disclosed.
“It has always been difficult for me to play at Arena Sever, now I will be happy to be on the other side of the fence and I look forward to meeting all the fans. Last year, Yenisei set the bar high and I am confident that we will be able to maintain it in the upcoming season. I will do everything on my own to join the team and be useful,” Vedischev said.
Last season, Vedischev played 26 games in the VTB United League, averaging 4.9 points per game. He is the son of club president Andrei Vedishchev.
