All participants in the men’s basketball tournament at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games have been determined.
The Puerto Rican basketball team beat the Lithuanian team in the final qualifying match for the 2024 Olympics with a score of 79:68 on Sunday in San Juan and will participate in the Games for the first time since 2004.
In the other matches of the last qualifying round, Spain beat the Bahamas (86:78), Croatia lost to Greece (69:80) and Brazil beat Latvia (94:69).
Composition of the groups of the men’s Olympic basketball tournament at the 2024 Olympic Games:
Band A: Australia, Greece, Canada, Spain;
Group B: France, Germany, Japan, Brazil;
Group C: Serbia, South Sudan, Puerto Rico, USA.
The Olympic basketball tournament at the Paris Games will take place from July 27 to August 11.
