The former Celtics player, who has been out of the most important league in the world for a long time, spoke this way about the Lakers star.

Former player Enes Kanter Freedom is known around the world for not mincing his words. Over the years he has been the focus of criticism for defending some unpopular ideals. This situation put him in the middle of several conflicts, some of them with political leaders from his home country, to which he assured several times that he could not return. After a few months of strange calm, the Turk came out with the leading blocks, attacking one of the great stars of the NBA: Lebron James. Bronny is also in the situation: “The reason he was drafted is because of LeBron, the reason JJ Redick is the coach is because of LeBron.”

The remarks were made within the framework of a visit to OutKick’s “Don’t @ Me” outlet. The attack is based on the supposed “power” that James has at various stages of the NBA. “He runs the media and tries to control the narrative… But when you actually meet and talk to the inside of the NBA and its players, nobody wants to play with him. When I see a dictator, I recognize it: LeBron is literally like the dictator of the NBA. “He controls the media, he controls his narrative, if you’re against him, you’ll be transferred, everybody knows.”

This isn’t the first time Enes Freedom has aimed its cannons at LeBron James. The number three pick in the 2011 draft believes he has been marginalized by the NBA for addressing political issues with too little tact. Kanter, 32, has an arrest warrant by the Turkish justice system for his critical positions on President Recep Tayip Erdogan. The president even offered a reward of half a million dollars for any information leading to the capture of one of his archenemies. “Because of my platform and the place I occupy, every time I say something, it goes everywhere and the Turkish government hates that. “They are really sick of it, and they say ‘enough’ and they do everything they can to shut me down.”
