Former National Basketball Association (NBA) player Joe Bryant has died at the age of 69, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
Father of the legendary basketball player Los Angeles Lakers Kobe Bryant recently suffered a massive stroke. During his NBA career, Bryant Sr. played for the Philadelphia 76ers, San Diego Clippers and Houston Rockets.
In January 2020, his 41-year-old son, a five-time NBA champion, and 13-year-old granddaughter Gianna died in a private Sikorsky S-76 helicopter crash in Calabasas, California.
