On August 10, in the match for third place at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, the Serbian national team defeated Germany with a score of 93:83 (30:21, 16:17, 26:25, 21:20). The match took place at the Accor Arena (Bercy).
The most productive player of the Serbian team was center Nikola Jokic, who achieved a triple-double: he scored 19 points, grabbed 12 rebounds and gave 11 assists.
