The match ended with a score of 80:66 (24:16, 19:19, 15:16, 22:15). For Venezuelans, Andres Ignacio Marrero Corvo scored 23 points; for Parma, Sergei Vshivkov (17) became the most productive.
Later on Sunday, Parma’s senior team will meet the Russian national team.
The Friendship Cup will take place from August 21 to 25 in Perm.
