— The legislation has been changed regarding professional leagues. The league itself determines the number of foreign players, for now we will not change anything, but we have the right to do so. The limit is now optimal; it gives the right to invite very high-quality players and develop Russian basketball players.
If our schools produced high-quality Russians, they would not accept foreign players. High-quality basketball players should play in the VTB United League. “Enisey” and “PARMA”, for example, did not use the maximum number of foreign players last year.
