Legendary American basketball player Derrick Rose announced the end of his playing career.

Playing as a point guard and shooting guard, Rose played in the NBA for 16 years.

The main club in Derrick’s career was Chicago, for which he played from 2008 to 2016. Following the 2010/2011 season, at the age of 22, Rose was named MVP, becoming the youngest player in NBA history to receive such an award. Also, between 2010 and 2012, the player participated in the NBA All-Star Game three times.

After Chicago, Derrick Rose played for New York, Cleveland, Minnesota, Detroit, and the last club in the career of the 35-year-old player was Memphis, for which he spent the entire last season.

As part of the US national team, Derrick Rose became a two-time world champion (in 2010 and 2014).
