“Memphis Grizzlies “signed point guard Scottie Pippen Jr. to a multi-year contract, according to the NBA club’s website.
The terms of the agreement with the 23-year-old basketball player were not specified.
Pippen joined Memphis in the 2023-24 season. The defender played 21 games in the regular season, averaging 12.9 points per game, 3.2 rebounds and 4.7 assists. He previously played for the Los Angeles Lakers.
Pippen is the son of six-time NBA champion, two-time Olympic champion and Basketball Hall of Famer Scottie Pippen.
The new NBA season begins on October 22.
