Russian Demin scored 20 points and helped his team win the NCAA game

Brigham Young University (BYU) Russian basketball player Egor Demin scored 20 points in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) game against the UC Riverside Highlanders.

His team won with a score of 86:80 (40:33, 46:47).

Demin, 18, spent 32 minutes on the floor and also recorded five rebounds and seven assists. The Russian basketball player with 20 points shared the title of most productive player of the meeting with Caleb Smith of the opposing team.

Egor Demin was part of the Real Madrid system from 2021 to 2024. This year, the basketball player moved to the United States, where he plays for the BYU Cougars team (Brigham Young University).

Demin is the son of former Khimki and Perm Ural basketball great Vladimir Demin. He could enter the NBA draft in the summer of 2025.
