The North American league will seek to attract more public from the Old Continent for the next campaign with televised movements.
The National Basketball Association made official its calendar for the 22/23 season, which starts on October 18 and where it established a total 45 against European prime time on competition weekends and in the pre-season.
These meetings always start at 18:00 CET and will feature the league’s biggest stars like LeBron James, Stephen Curry, Joel Embiid, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Nikola Jokic and Luka Doncic, among others. In addition to Europe, the games known as ‘NBA Saturdays’ and ‘NBA Sundays’ will also be seen in prime time in Africa and the Middle East.

“Over the past 10 years, we have seen a tremendous response to this initiative from fans across the region, and the quantity and quality of talent from Europe and Africa in the NBA in prime time and the viewing of weekly matches in prime time, there’s never been a better time to be an NBA fan in Europe, Africa and the Middle East”he continued.
In addition to regular season games, The NBA set the first two games in its history in the United Arab Emirates in prime time and the Milwaukee Bucks will play against the Atlanta Hawks on October 6 and 8.
