The basketball team of the Krasnodar Territory beat the team of the Autonomous Okrug of Khanty-Mansiysk (Yugra) in the group stage match of the All-Russian Spartakiad in summer sports among the most athletes strong.
The match ended with a score of 97:50 in favor of the southerners, who topped the Group G standings.
The Krasnodar Territory team played its matches in the group stage, and the Ugra team will have a match on August 24 with a team from Moscow.
In another meeting on the day of the match, the national team of the Republic of Bashkortostan proved to be stronger than the team of the Nizhny Novgorod region – 80:59. The teams play in group B, where their rival is also a team from Saint Petersburg.
The Summer Spartakiad will last until October 2. Competitions are held in 39 sports in 12 regions of the country.
