UNICS signed a contract with small forward Anthony Brown, according to the Kazan basketball club website.
The 29-year-old American’s deal is calculated until the end of the 2022/23 season.
The UNICS rookie started last season in Turkey as part of Bursaspor. Nationally, Brown averaged 8.8 points (with 40% shooting from long range), 4.8 rebounds and 2.4 assists in 24.1 minutes on the ground.
In January, Brown moved to Maccabi (Rishon LeZion), where he spent the second half of the 2021/22 season. The average stat for an American over 15 Israeli league games is 15.3 points, 5.7 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 0.9 steals in 33.7 minutes.
