The basketball players who will represent our country in this year’s European Championship have been determined. Ainars Bagatskis, coach of the Ukrainian national basketball team, has chosen 12 players who will defend the country’s honor.

Denis Lukashov, Vitaly Zotov, Ilya Sidorov, Issuf Sanon, Svyatoslav Mikhailyuk, Ivan Tkachenko, Bogdan Bliznyuk, Vyacheslav Bobrov, Vladimir Gerun, Alexey Len, Artem Pustovoi, Dmitry Skapintsev.
Ukraine squad for EuroBasket 2022
No luck for Andrei Voinalovich and Pavel Krutous. Their coaching staff decided not to include them in the tournament.
It will be remembered that in the group stage of EuroBasket “blue-yellow” will play against Great Britain, Italy, Greece, Croatia and Estonia. The top four teams advance to the next round.
Ukraine begins the competition on September 2 with a match against Great Britain.
