Voinalovich and Krutous were not included in the list of 12 participants
Team of Ukraine announced the composition that will take part in European Basketball Championship 2022.
The final roster included 12 basketball players, including players from the National Basketball Association Svyatoslav Mikhailyuk and Alexey Lenas well as central Spanish Murcia Artem Pustovoy.
The composition of the national team of UkraineCast: Denis Lukashov, Vitaly Zotov, Ilya Sidorov, Issuf Sanon, Svyatoslav Mikhailyuk, Ivan Tkachenko, Bogdan Bliznyuk, Vyacheslav Bobrov, Vladimir Gerun, Alexei Len, Artem Pustovoi, Dmitry Skapintsev
Note that they were not included in the final list. Andrei Voinalovich and Pavel Krutouswho took part in the August training camp with the team and played in the 2023 World Cup qualifiers with Italy and Iceland.
EuroBasket 2022 will be held in four countries – the Czech Republic, Georgia, Germany and Italy – from 1 to 18 September. The top 4 teams from 4 groups will advance to the playoffs.
Recall that all matches of the Ukrainian national team at the European Basketball Championship will be broadcast by the XSPORT TV channel. In the first match, the team of Ainaras Bagatskis will play with Great Britain on September 2.
