NBA legend jersey Michael Jordan sold at Sotheby’s for $10.091 million.
The record amount in the sports memorabilia section was paid for a jersey in which the basketball player played in Game 1 of the 1998 NBA Finals against Utah in Chicago.
Jordan’s playing shoes from his 1984 NBA rookie season sold at auction last fall for $1.472 million.
Jordan is a six-time NBA champion with Chicago. He was a 14-time NBA All-Star.
