The budget of the Moscow basketball club CSKA for the 2021/22 season amounted to 2.809 billion rubles, according to the press service of the VTB United League.
It is the highest in the league. The second place in this indicator was taken by Zenit St. Petersburg (2.430 billion), the Krasnodar club Lokomotiv-Kuban closed the top three (1.333 billion). Kazan UNICS also spent over a billion last season (1.253 billion).
Next come PARI NN (360 million), Parma from Perm (311 million), Yenisei from Krasnoyarsk (246 million), Avtodor from Saratov (190 million).
In the 2021/22 season, Zenit became the VTB League champion for the first time, beating CSKA Moscow (4–3) in the final series.
