PSG coach Christophe Galtier commented on the result of the match with Benfica in the third round of the Champions League group stage. The match ended with the score of 1:1.
– We played well, dangerously, there were chances, but we couldn’t score. Each team had good moments, both goalkeepers played well. We could have been much more dangerous in the first half. In a way, the result was fair because Benfica were good too.
Messi had to accelerate a lot and he was tired. He was substituted because he felt tired, and the new player at that time was much better, the coach said.
PSG and Benfica have seven points each.
