Artem Besedin spoke about his father, who remained in Kharkov, being regularly stoned by Russian terrorists. According to the Dynamo forward, all the other relatives had left the city, being attacked by Putin’s occupying troops.
However, the striker said he was preparing for the crucial qualifying match with the national team in a good condition.
“Everything was good. The mood was good. It was great to see everyone here and here again. We had great battles with Dynamo, had practice in the game, got in shape.
My family is abroad. But my father stayed in Kharkov. He was alone there. So I was a little worried about it. And so all my relatives are safe. I hope our success is in the near future, and we will all go home, ”Besedin was quoted as saying by vZbirna.
