Buleca, Mudrik, Kalitvintsev, Gaiduchik and the whole team of the 8th round of the Premier League

Sport Arena names the symbolic team of the next UPL round of the 2022/23 season

Goalkeeper – Yuriy Pankiv (Rukh)

Several spectacular saves were made by the goalkeeper of Lviv at once, pulling the shots of Marlison, Kravets, Chesnakov and other Vorskla players. Pankiv coped with five shots on target, and where he would have been powerless, he secured the frame of the goal. This is Rukh’s first match without conceded goals in the new championship, and immediately he brings victory over a fairly strong and experienced opponent.

Right back – Lucas Taylor (Shakhtar Donetsk)

Taylor is experiencing serious competition from Cannabis, because the Ukrainian, at least in defensive skills, has a tangible advantage, so Lucas tries to use every entry on the field to the maximum. Substituting at half-time, after a minute of being on the field, he scored an important second goal against Kolos.

Central defender – Oleg Gorin (FC Minai)

The Kharkiv team played without Boryachuk, but even so they have a fairly fast and dangerous attack group – there was serious work for the Gorin-Nemchaninov team. Metalist 1925 was unable to score, and Oleg, in addition to a rather selfless game at his goal, was also traditionally ready to connect to the standards. A “dry” match is a compliment for defense, a victorious one for the whole team.

Central defender – Semyon Vovchenko (Veres)

The First League already knows about free throws from Volchenko, now he scored for the first time after the Ternopil Niva and at a new level for himself. In addition to a well-executed scoring standard for the second (actually victorious) goal against Lviv, Semyon played well in defense – although at the beginning of the meeting it seemed that their pair with Kurk was in danger of collapsing under the high-speed attacks of the hosts.

Left back – Bohdan Butko (Zorya)

Having avoided direct competition with Danchenko, the experienced Butko made his way into the base of his new team on a seemingly uncomfortable left flank. Nevertheless, in the match with the Odessa team, Bogdan looked organic and supported the attacks of his team well. In particular, it was he who lined the assist for an early goal.

Central midfielder – Oleksiy Dovgiy (Rukh)

The winning goal in the match with Vorskla and a convincing game with the young Sapuga in a duet in the center of the field – it seems that Dovhyy is becoming for his new team what he was for PFC Lviv. Namely, a scoring leader, who is also able to give a permanent advantage when submitting standards.

Right midfielder – Vladislav Kalitvintsev (FC Alexandria)

Back in the summer, Kryvbas Verniduba did not let itself be outplayed in sparring, but now Oleksandriya won the match with an opponent who was in dire need of points. Kalitvintsev played an important role in this success. The opponents scored the first goal into their own net after an aggravation from Vladislav, in the second effective combination he successfully hung on Tretyakov. Skilled Kalitvintsev made full use of his ability to play in a wide space and deploy an attack.

Attacking midfielder – Sergei Buleta (Zorya)

Chornomorets got off to a bad start, but the Luhansk team has its own problems with personnel, variability and depth of the squad, and defense work. Nevertheless, Zorya managed to win the first devastating and at the same time “dry” victory in the season. And three of the four goals were created by Bulets, who scored himself and gave convenient assists to Kiryukhantsev and Shakhov. A quality match from the World Youth Champion.

Left midfielder – Mikhail Mudryk (Shakhtar)

Total advantage: Mudryk twice scored against Kovalev’s team, but he could score more and gave excellent passes to teammates. Mikhail opened the scoring when the opponents hit each other near the penalty area, and then joined the pass after a pass by Sudakov, setting the final 3:0. Outplaying rivals one on one and on space, Mudrik created a lot of chances that should have been used, in particular Sikan and Zubkov.

Forward – Mykola Gaiduchik (Veres)

Veresk approached the match against PFC Lviv with losses, but we didn’t even mention G. Pasich or Dakhnovsky – the trio Sergiychuk-S. Sharay-Hayduchik played very brightly. We can even note Nikolay as the author of not only a goal (all three goalscorers of Veres scored debut goals in the UPL), but also an assist – the fifth on Stanislav Sharay. And Gaiduchik scored the super-important first goal from Rovno, closing the pass of Stas, on whom Sergiychuk successfully threw from the out (!)

Forward – Egor Tverdokhleb (FC Minai)

The drawn-out forward of the Transcarpathians in the last round gave an assist with the fifth, and now scored the winning goal against Metallist 1925. After a corner, Tverdokhleb turned out to be the most dexterous at the Kharkiv goal and, on the second attempt, played on finishing moves from close range. And recently I played in the First League and even the amateur championship!

Tour coach – Sergey Lavrinenko (Ingulets)

With huge personnel problems and a clear advantage of the opponent in the team class and experience, it was Ingulets that became the first team that was able to take points from Dnipro-1 under the leadership of Kucher on the territory of the UPL. The most adequately selected tactics and diligent performers on the ground of the injured Kovalev, Pospelov, Kozak, Sital helped to draw with the leader, who had previously conceded only one of the matches, to say nothing about point losses.

Tour Joker – Lucas Taylor (Shakhtar Donetsk)

The goal was already in the second minute of the second half – so Taylor replaced Konoplya at half-time and took advantage of Mikhailichenko’s cross to consolidate the advantage of the nominal hosts. The Brazilian’s goal actually spoiled all Kolos’ plans for a possible win back.

The best young player of the tour – Artem Smolyakov (Ingulets)

Behind Mudrik’s back, you can’t get into the national team of the tour, but we have no right not to note the fact that the 19-year-old midfielder played the best match in his life. While Zaporozhets was playing false 9 ahead, the wingers and Klymenko had a great start from the depth of the field, providing Ingulets with a quick transition from defense to attack. And it was Smolyakov who twice scored Dnepr-1, thanks to which the main sensation of the tour occurred.

The hero of the tour is Sergey Buletsa (Dawn)

In a league that has Mudrik, Dovbik and Tsygankov, something amazing needs to be done to claim the title of the best player on the tour. Buleza did: it was he who opened the scoring in the match with Chernomorets, setting the pace of the match in the 17th minute, and then acted as an assistant with the goals of Kiryukhantsev and Shakhov and could score more (Rusin was ahead of Sergei in the moment with the third goal).
