Alexander Grigoryan resigned as head coach of CSKA women’s team

Alexander Grigorian resigned as head coach of the women’s team CSKA according to the press service of the “red-blues”.

The contract with the 56-year-old Russian specialist was terminated by mutual agreement between the parties.

Maxim Zinoviev, who previously led the army women’s team, was appointed as the team’s head coach.

Grigoryan coached CSKA Women from 2018 to 2019 and returned to the club in September 2021.

CSKA beat Lokomotiv 3-1 in Sunday’s Moscow derby in the fourth round of the Women’s Superleague finals and two rounds to go are second. St. Petersburg players “Zenith” became champions earlier than expected.
